QStringList ew::app::content::tagsInUse(const ew::core::project::Project &project, const app::library::MountedLibraries &libraries)

The tags in use across project and every library it mounts, deduplicated and sorted – the pool a tag editor autocompletes from and a tag filter offers. Empty when nothing is tagged.
